About the event

Join us for a wonderful evening of al fresco dining and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu created and executed by Chef Cody Taylor to celebrate our harvest season! Nestled in the stunning hill country, our beautiful organic farm will be on full display that evening as we harvest our spring produce. This dinner will be seated outside under our brand-new pavilion and event space and will showcase our current offerings being harvested within hours of preparation for this dinner. The arrival time is 6 p.m., and dinner starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. This all-inclusive dinner ($110/per) includes the 4-course dinner, wine pairings, and an arrival beverage to sip on as you settle in. Tax and gratuity are also included in the ticket price.

A little about the Chef – Cody has been following his culinary and restaurant passion for the last 20 years and has developed a unique, sophisticated, and fun approach to his cuisine. He owned and operated the beloved Café Josie, a staple on the Austin dining scene for 22 years. He is now the owner/operator of Industry Restaurants (Austin and San Marcos locations) and Valentinos. Winner of “Best of Hays Chef 2022”, his career has primarily focused on elevated dining experiences focused on local offerings thoughtfully paired for an exceptional dining experience.
